2020 Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc

The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc displays a bouquet which is pungent & varietal with green bean, exotic spices & fresh herbal notes.
The palate is mouth-filling, fresh & complex showing tropical fruits. Crisp acidity provides balance to a struc-tured palate that has a long, clean finish.
The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and fermented at 13 degrees.
This fresh, vibrant wine should be enjoyed with chargrilled scallops, natural oysters and antipasto plates in the summer months.
